Medi Tours organizes a 4-day, 3-night tour from Hanoi to Ha Giang, Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac, Du Gia, and Khoi Mi. This is the only tour designed to provide a comprehensive experience of Ha Giang, the northernmost region of Vietnam, gifted by nature with enchanting landscapes reminiscent of fairy tales. The Dong Van Karst Plateau, located here, deserves recognition as a global geopark, boasting unparalleled scenery. The ancient towns, colored by the passage of time, and the terraced fields stretching along the mountain slopes create a unique atmosphere. The meandering Nho Que River adds to the picturesque setting, while the Ma Pi Leng Pass stands proudly, disappearing into the mysterious clouds.

Itinerary
Day 1: HA NOI - HA GIANG CITY - QUAN BA (LUNCH, DINNER)
5:00 AM: Meditours’ car and tour guide pick up guests at the appointed location in the city to depart for Ha Giang. Lunch in Ha Giang city.
Afternoon + Evening:
1:00 PM: Take photos at km0 of Ha Giang. The intersection of National Highway 2, National Highway 34, and National Highway 4C, also known as the “Happiness Road.”
Next, visit and stop at various locations:
- Bac Sum Slope
- Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate
- Co Tien Twin Mountain
Here, guests will witness the majestic landscape from above, featuring rivers, streams, and hills interspersed with villages. Guests will learn about the traditional weaving of the White H’mong ethnic group and visit the Lùng Tám Weaving Village of the Dao Lang Ten ethnic group.
Overnight stay in Quan Ba.
Day 2: QUAN BA - DONG VAN - MEO VAC (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Morning + Noon: Breakfast at the hotel. The group checked out of the hotel and set off for Dong Van. Along the way, our first stop is the majestic Tham Ma slope. Next on the route, we reached the Vương family mansion (King Cat’s Mansion) situated in a valley in Sa Phin commune. This family was the wealthiest and most powerful in Chau Dong Van at the beginning of the 20th century. The group learned about the architecture, art, history, and culture of the Vương family (King Cat family). Moving on, we headed to visit the Lung Cu Flagpole – the northernmost point of the country, marked as the highest latitude on the map of Vietnam.
Afternoon + Evening: Continuing the journey to Dong Van and experiencing a boat trip on the Nho Que River: Boarding a boat upstream on the Nho Que River to reach Hem Tu San, the deepest canyon in Vietnam located on the Nho Que River. The Nho Que River flows into Vietnam from the area of Seo Lung hamlet, Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, passing through the Tu San Mountain Pass.
Overnight stay at the Meo Vac homestay.
Day 3: MEO VAC - CUNG DUONG CHU M - DU GIA (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Morning + Noon: Have breakfast at the hotel. The group will check out of the hotel and depart to visit the market in Meo Vac to buy food and drinks. Along the way, we will organize a camping session. Next, we will move on to Du Gia. Overnight stay in Du Gia.
Day 4DU GIA - KHUOI MI - HA GIANG - HA NOI
Morning: Breakfast at the homestay. The group checked out and moved to Khuoi Mi. Here, we will explore the terraced fields and waterfall number 6.
Afternoon: Lunch at Khuoi MI and prepare to return to Hanoi.
